Changing your online status

To change your status between OnlineAway and Invisible, make your way over to your Profile Icon in the top right-hand corner of the Dashboard and click the image. This will open a menu with options for changing how you experience the Dashboard and how your interactions with others will appear to them.

The very first option under your name will be your online status and will either be set to OnlineAway or Invisible. Hovering over the status allows you to switch between the three options.


Your available and ready to accept chats


Your online but have set the widget to away to let visitors know you may be busy and may not be able to answer.


Your offline and are not ready to answer chats, this is perfect for monitoring chats.

Note: At least one agent must be logged in as either Online or Away for the widget to be online.
